WHAT ARE THE SIZES AND PRICES OF YOUR CAKES?

 

We offer pre-made and customized/tiered cakes that are completely made out of ice cream. All of our cakes are delicately decorated, paying special attention to details.

 


PRE-MADE CAKES

 

Pre-made cakes, each with different flavors and designs, can be purchased the day of at our store. The two sizes offered are:

 

4" cakes (serves 2-5, $25)

6" cakes (serves 6-8, $38)

8" cakes (serves 10-12, $53)

CUSTOMIZED CAKES

 

The standard sizes and starting prices for customized cakes are as follow:

 

4" - $25, serves 2-5

6" - $38, serves 6-8

8" - $53, serves 10-12

9" - $65, serves 14-16

10" - $80, serves 20-24  


Small Sheet cake - $100, serves 25-30

Large Sheet cake - $140, serves 35-40


Small Heart - $30, serves 4-6

Medium Heart - $40, serves 6-8

Large Heart - $65, serves 14-16

TIERED CAKES

 

Our 2- tiered cakes are priced and sized accordingly:

 

Small 2-tiered 

      Top tier: 6" x 6" x 4"

      Bottom tier: 9" x 9" x 4"

      Serves 40-50, starts at $600.00

 

Large 2-tiered 

Top tier: 6" x 6" x 4"

                           Bottom tier: 12" x 12" x 4"

 Serves 80-90, starts at $950.00

 

 

HOW MANY FLAVORS CAN I GET AND WHAT CAN I CHOOSE FROM?

For 8"-10" cakes, you can choose up to 3 flavors, and up to 2 flavors for 6" and sheet cakes. You can choose to have chocolate or vanilla cookie crunch in the middle if you choose 2 flavors. Here's a list of flavors that we currently offer:

WHAT KIND OF DESIGNS DO YOU OFFER AND HOW MUCH ARE THEY?

 

You can choose any of the specialized designs from our website or have a customized design made. There is an additional charge for specialized/customized designs, which could range from $50 - $300+ depending on the complexity of the design and the size of the cake.

 

If you have an idea or a specific design you have in mind, please feel free to email our designer, Candy Ho at candyh@sundaescones.com with pictures/descriptions and she'll be able to give you a better estimate on the design fee.  

 

 


GOT ANYTHING MORE BUDGET FRIENDLY?

Yes! We also offer several simple designs from our website with price ranging from free - $15:

For example: If you were to get a 6" cake ($35) with the Bumble Bee design ($15), then your total would be $50 plus tax.

                         If you were to get a 6" cake ($35) with Poo on Grass (free), then your total would be $35 plus tax.


HOW MUCH TIME IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE THE ORDER?

We usually require at least a week in advance notice for customized orders. However, it is a 'first-come, first-serve' basis. Please understand that not all customized/specialized designs can be made due to the volume of cake orders we receive on a daily basis. So the earlier, the better!

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

 

For pre-made cakes, you can call the store at 212.979.9398 to reserve one.

 

For customized cakes, please email our designer, Candy Ho, at candyh@sundaescones.com and include the following information:

 

- Size of Cake

- Flavors

- Design

- Writing

- Date and Time of Pickup

- Contact Phone Number

 

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to get in touch with you due to the volume of inquires.

 

 

 

HOW DO I PAY AND WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?

 

An order number will be generated and emailed to you. You will then have to place a 50% non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of receiving your order number either in person or by phone (we accept VISA and Mastercard).

 

Please keep in mind that your order is not confirmed until we've received your 50% non-refundable deposit. Any delay in payment will delay the cake making process, and possibly the pickup time/date.

 

Any changes and cancellation must also be made within 24 hours upon receiving the confirmation. 

 

 

HOW DO I TRANSPORT MY CAKE AND DO YOU DELIVER?

 

We do carry freezer/thermo bags that you can purchase the day of pickup. It should keep the cake in shape up to an hour. Be sure to place the cake inside a freezer once you've reached the venue or home. Always make sure the cake, including the dimension of the cake box, will fit inside the freezer.

 

We currently do not offer delivery; all orders must be picked up from our store.
